BENEFITS

  • We currently observe seven national holidays and offer one additional floating holiday per calendar year. The national holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, during which our offices will be closed and eligible employees will be granted time off with pay.

  • We use PTO for all personal leave (sick, vacation, bereavement, etc.), and we provide maternity and paternity leave.

  • After 30 days of employment, you will be eligible for the following group insurance plans:

    • Medical Insurance: You will be able to select either a high deductible plan, which is accompanied by a Health Savings Account (HSA), or a traditional PPO plan with copays.

    • Vision Insurance

    • Dental Insurance

    • Life Insurance

    • Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance

  • You will be eligible for our 401(k)-retirement plan at the first available plan entry date after completing six months of employment and all eligibility requirements are met.
