POSITION: Senior Water/Wastewater Professional Engineer and Project Manager (B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, Construction, or related field)

We have a great opportunity for a service-focused engineer who desires to apply their engineering skills and build a career while contributing to our communities and the natural environment. With our growing backlog of projects, we are planning to hire two engineers from this job posting.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
OVERVIEW: Successful candidates will assist in the technical development of water, wastewater, and general civil engineering projects, which often include collection and distribution pipelines, pump stations, industrial facilities, environmental compliance, hydraulic modeling, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.
This is an in-office position with occasional opportunities for remote work. Candidates looking for fully remote work should not apply.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES: A significant portion of our consulting services are related to water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance, storage, and pumping. As such, the candidate should expect a substantial focus on hydraulic design activities. Typical tasks include client interactions, preliminary engineering, field data collection, development of construction documents, permit coordination, construction observation and administration, and other aspects of infrastructure engineering services.
CAREER GROWTH: Our engineering staff are exposed to a wide range of infrastructure engineering project activities which provides space for professional growth alongside experienced staff in our team-focused organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Civil, Construction, or Environmental Engineering; 5-15 years of experience, PE license in the state of hire (or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire), and good communication skills are required. The following qualifications are a plus:

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and/or hydraulic modeling software

Project management experience
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Capable of moderate lifting (generally 25 pounds or less)

Capable of operating a motor vehicle, must have a valid driver's license
