The Story:
The County needed wastewater service for a business park planned for development. A tenant had been identified, but a cost-effective solution was not obvious. HIGHFILL performed an alternative analysis and a regional lift station solution emerged as the most desirable option. We modified an unrelated nearby project, bringing three municipalities together for mutual benefits.
