I admire Jane Goodall due to her grit, scientific inclination, and empathy. She took every opportunity available to her to pursue research, activism, and conservation.

spending time in the mountains and collecting endemic flowers to press and preserve. I also enjoy competitive birding (yes, it's a thing) and building fairy houses with my stepdaughter, Luna.

I was born and raised in South Africa and moved to the United States in middle school. I have lived in California, Colorado, and South Carolina.
