When I'm not working, I enjoy…
spending time with my husband and our three children. Our property allows us to be in nature, which I love, as well as exploring and hiking. I like a fire and s’mores on a cold night. I enjoy tending to our vegetable garden and teaching my kids all about the bugs we find.

Wake Technical Community College and NC State University
What is something about you that might surprise most people?
I love adventure and have traveled to 11 countries. I have backpacked throughout Europe and have also spent months in Australia, Thailand, and Ecuador. I even spent a summer working in Yellowstone and Acadia National Parks.
