Professional/Personal Mantra or Motto

Create your dreams and live for the moments you can't explain; be kind to everyone and the things you come across.

In my profession, I am most fulfilled when…

I can learn something new and grasp it. I also love to help solve problems within the team.

What personal or professional activities/involvement are you most passionate about?

I am most passionate about my role in the "lukelove Foundation", which helps support victims of the opioid/drug epidemic sweeping our nation. We help by breaking the stigma, providing resources and support, and informing people about the preventative methods to help save lives. With the help of this organization and many others, we may be able to make a difference!

When I'm not working I enjoy...

playing volleyball, enjoying nature, hiking, camping, and traveling. I am determined to cross everything off of my bucket list.

Where did you receive your education?

I received my education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. A beautiful campus in a beautiful town.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

Slow drivers in the fast lane and when coffee shops spell my name wrong ("Y" not IE")."

I'm known around the office for…

my written to-do lists, I want them filled, so I always have something to do!

What is your Spirit Animal?

A butterfly. The butterfly is a representation of change and constant renewal. It may be small and easy to kill, but its strength comes from major transformation. To embrace the change, a huge amount of inner energy is needed for the process to be successful, you need to be very patient with yourself. It is a sign of light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how hard life gets, you will always make it through it and achieve what you desire. The butterfly also brings joy to all they encounter, and I strive to do that every day.
