POSITION: Office Lead, Sr. Engineer and Project Manager

Our office lead is making a career change to follow another passion. Our leadership team has a temporary transition plan in place and will partner with the selected candidate to foster a successful permanent transition.
OVERVIEW: Successful candidate will manage and assist with engineering of water, wastewater, and related civil engineering projects, which may include collection and distribution pipelines, storage tanks, pump stations, industrial facilities environmental compliance, hydraulic modeling, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.
This is a full-time, primarily in-office, position with a potential for hybrid remote work opportunities.
Client relationship development
Senior engineering and technical mentorship
Supervision of local staff
Support for project pursuits and proposals
CAREER GROWTH: Our professional staff are exposed to a wide range of civil engineering project activities which provide motivated staff a space to grow professionally in their careers along with the support of experienced staff in a team-focused organization.
BS in Civil, Construction, or Environmental Engineering; 8-20 years of experience; NC PE license required (or able to obtain within 1 year); good communication and leadership skills required.
Candidates should be capable of:
moderate lifting (generally 25 pounds or less)
operating a motor vehicle; must have valid driver license
