ABOUT HIGHFILL
In 2005, Tyler Highfill and Ray Cox sat down to discuss their goals and vision for the newly established Highfill Infrastructure Engineering, P.C. (HIGHFILL). They knew they wanted to provide top-notch water and wastewater engineering consulting services, but how could a small firm compete in a market dominated by large national and international firms?
Do we want to be the best water treatment plant people in the world? Do we want to have some special technical niche? Another question here?
Then it hit them: Service. In a sea of highly capable engineering firms, HIGHFILL could stand apart by providing unmatched, best-in-the-business, reliable service.
Video of Ray describing service culture here? (If so, let's change caption on Tyler's homepage video to something like "Welcome message from HIGHFILL founder and President Tyler Highfill")
HIGHFILL was built on this service-focused business model, which has allowed our firm to become a big contender in the Carolinas. True, we also offer complex water and wastewater infrastructure solutions; but where we shine is our service. It is our foundation and why so many clients return again and again.

More about what this means for our clients and why they would want to choose us. Any major milestones?
Would we ever considering add quotes from those that have worked with us before (like we do in SOQs?
