POSITION:  Water/Wastewater Professional Engineer and Project Manager (Two Positions)

We have two great opportunities for service-focused engineers who desire to apply their engineering skills and build a career while contributing to our communities and the natural environment. We will be hiring two people, but they may reside near any of our 5 office locations.


OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will assist with water, wastewater, and general civil engineering projects, which may include collection and distribution pipelines, pump stations, industrial facilities environmental compliance, hydraulic modeling, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.


This is a full-time, in-office position with benefits. Our benefits include paid time off and paid employee health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.

TYPICAL ACTIVITIES: A significant portion of our consulting services are related to water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance, storage, and pumping. As such, the candidate should expect a substantial focus on hydraulic design activities. Typical tasks include client interactions, project scoping, project management, schedule development, preliminary engineering, development of construction documents, permit coordination, construction observation and administration, and other aspects of civil engineering services.

CAREER GROWTH: Our professional staff is exposed to a wide range of civil engineering project activities which provide motivated staff a space to grow professionally in their careers along with the support of experienced staff in a team-focused organization.


BS in Civil, Construction, or Environmental Engineering; 5-10 years of experience; PE license required in the state of hire; good communication skills required. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and/or hydraulic modeling software is a plus.


  • Capable of moderate lifting (generally 25 pounds or less)

  • Capable of operating a motor vehicle, must have a valid driver's license
