HIGHFILL Project Manager Paul Shivers, PE, is excited to kick off the summer with a new role within the PENC Executive Committee. As of July 2016, Paul will serve as President-Elect, eventually advancing to the role of President in 2017.

“It is humbling to be selected for a leadership role within the organization that represents and protects licensure for all of the Professional Engineers in the state of North Carolina, regardless of discipline,” says Paul. “I look forward to assisting the Executive Committee in continuing to lead the organization in a positive direction.”

Paul most recently served as Treasurer for the PENC Executive Committee on the state level (2015–2016), and has also served in multiple leadership positions of the PENC Wilmington Chapter, including as President (2012–2013).
