The best skill I bring to the HIGHFILL team is my determination to be the best person, professionally and personally, that I can possibly be.

I'm passionate about health and wellness in all aspects. Learning how the body works, and how what you use to fuel it can impact you on so many levels really fascinates me.

I am a North Carolina native and grew up in the Clayton area.
