We have a great opportunity for a service-focused and detail-oriented professional in a growing office. We are water/wastewater engineers who serve our local communities through our professional consulting services. This exciting role will contribute administrative support services, project support, and accounting duties for the company and local office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW: Successful candidates will perform a variety of duties to help support our team in a growing engineering consulting firm. No two days are the same in this role, if you are someone that likes to pivot and change, this is for you.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES: The primary roles are general office administration and assisting project engineers with projects. You will also be assisting with internal accounting procedures and data entry.

50% - General office administration duties include receiving guests, processing mail, preparing packages for shipment, ordering, and maintaining office supplies, performing project database entry, and making deliveries.

20% - Project assistant duties include generating correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, data entry, drafting, formatting and editing project documents, assisting engineers in every phase of a project, and other electronic documents related to engineering project work.

30% - Bookkeeping duties include data entry, accounting support, invoice processing, asset inventory tracking, project management support, maintenance of AR & AP, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

Familiar with, or able to learn, BQE CORE, our project management tracking and invoicing software.
