WATER/
WASTEWATER INTERNSHIPS

INTERNSHIP

An internship with HIGHFILL enables a student to gain hands-on experience in the field of water and wastewater engineering. This experience can help a student determine whether the consulting career path is a good fit. In addition to the practical application of technical knowledge, this opportunity to engage with practicing engineers helps to develop skills like time management, communication, problem-solving, and professional network growth. The connections you make are invaluable as you set out into the job market.

If you have the initiative and willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Please check back in early-January for our summer internship opportunities or follow the instructions below to be added to our email notification list. The locations of our internships may vary among our 5 office locations.

The successful candidate will assist with water, wastewater, and general civil engineering projects which may include collection and distribution pipelines, pump stations, hydraulic modeling, water treatment, wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and environmental compliance.
