Professional/Personal Mantra or Motto

It's the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.

What are the best skills you bring to the HIGHFILL team?

I bring professionalism, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn something new every day.

Who is someone you admire and why?

General Jim Mattis because he has the ability to motivate and influence others to become leaders as well as inspire people in their area of influence.

When I'm not working I enjoy...

going to the lake and boating with friends, it’s a blast. When I am not on the water I am riding motocross.

Where did you receive your education?

Liberty University, School of Engineering in Lynchburg Virginia.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

One habit that drives me nuts is when people walk around with earbuds in, then you try to speak with them and they take one earbud out and say "HUH!?"

I'm known around the office for…

being a former Marine Corps sniper.

What is your Spirit Animal?

A falcon, because it symbolizes being goal-oriented and authoritative, as well as representing freedom, intelligence, and victory.
